I booked online exam only. Can I change it to classroom training and online exam
Yes you can.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately no, as all sales are final. However you can reschedule the exam or training session at no cost. Rescheduling should be made within three months from the date of purchase.
What is online exam? Can I take it at my home or office?
Online exam is you give using computer/laptop provided by us. Results of the online exam are available immediately after the exam.
You cannot take Food Protection Manager exam at home. A registered proctor needs to be present to administer the exam. You will have to come to our office for the exam.
What if I fail the exam?
If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you can retake the exam immediately. Retake fee is $75.00. If you fail on your second attempt you need to wait for 2 months before you can retake the exam. Our guarantee includes free training if you fail the exam. You can attend the classroom training for free. If you also need any help with a specific topic our instructors will be more than happy to explain the topic in greater details.

What type of training you provide?
We provide classroom training. It consist of videos, presentation and interactive question answer session. Duration of the training is approximately 4 hours.
What is your class schedule?
We offer food safety training Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Exams are conducted immediately after the training. You are allowed 2 hours to finish the exam.
